Booking an appointment

Existing patients –

Appointments to see Dr Terblanche can be made during the practice hours shown above. Dr Terblanche is available on the days indicated above for specific appointments. In addition telephone and email queries can be addressed between 12:30 and 13:00.

New patients – Please contact our receptionist on 043 748 4411 or 043 285 0524. She will fax or email to you a detailed questionnaire that will give Dr Terblanche insight into your medical history and the various circumstances that may be triggering the condition for which you are seeking assistance. Once you have returned the questionnaire and Dr Terblanche has read it, our receptionist will contact you to make an appointment.

*Please note that all first consultations can last up to 90 minutes.

Arriving late

Should you be running late for an appointment, please let our receptionist know. Our appointments are carefully scheduled to allow every patient to get the full benefit of Dr Terblanche’s expertise. Your late arrival could impact on the time given to other patients and may necessitate rebooking your appointment.

Payment

Health Essence is a cash practice. Card facilities are available. Please pay for each consultation before you leave.

Renewing prescriptions and ordering remedies

As healing is a process and not a once-off event, Dr Terblanche needs to consider requests for repeat prescriptions in the light of the progress you are making. Please, therefore, place orders for remedy repeats at least 24 hours before anticipated collection.
